Description
Child Birthday Field: DO you have kids -= pre filled text should say "Child's birthday" by default (currently blank)

On submit - desktop chrome - form complete - hit submit - tiomer appeared on button & nothing else (NB Newton to check if acc created) if no - error. If yes then need to return to My Account page details.
