Added new comp
id 7418
Added item into competition manager - saved, but not listed as a competition.
Competition landing page front end blank.
**Adding a new comp - foot of page needs more padding/space (add q and answer right at the bottom of the page.)

This PR fixes a competition issue. “allow_multiple could not be null”
