Missing competition manager from the CMS menu, so cannot add competition to be live.

Added the 2 entries into the Competition Manager. nether shows on site
<i>maybe</i> could be the custom blocks in the competition manager section?
Push Competitions Manager after Competitions Post and renamed

Just nbeed to be able to log in to dev site (as a user) to test competition works
