charity submission - pop up text box

Description
When a user chooses charity submission, they get the pop up box with the text:
Submission Successful. You will be notified when your payment is confirmed.
Change to:
Submission Successful. You will be notified when your charity status has been approved.

Giving this to Newton as I looked at his code and I can see a messy way to fix it but I think he will understand it better and do it cleanly.
