for items marked as completed - eg Final Copy - Approved With Restrictions
change icon to green.

Yes I know what you mean. Im thinking of a delineation if I am an admin user, I go to see submissions I would like to see what is left ot be processed by me, or what is completed / finished and I dont have to worry about.
