When viewing a submission from a client, the request is that the submission is NOT locked for admin any more. There may be situations where admin may need to change some (text) details.

When viewing a submission from a client, the request is that the submission is NOT locked for admin any more. There may be situations where admin may need to change some (text) details.

Tell me the fields that could be changed and not.
Done! I strongly recommend tests. Creating new submission as a user and checking on Dashboard as an Admin.
