Dashboard - Submissions Section

Description
Check indexing, when demonstrating the dashboard it took a while to display the contents of the submission section.
May have been a temp server/ db response
- Status changed from New to Feedback
- Assignee changed from Newton Duarte to David Bryan
Try to clean your local storage. If it happens again after cleaning, let me know and show-me the error on inspecting / console
