I believe this is fixed. Preg diaries remained broken as it's not using pagination so the "show footer" function didn't kick in.
And regular category pages

Footer shows once you read the bottom (about 8 loads here).
And showing also on pages that don't have enough articles to have pagination.

Actually found the bug on podcasts motherboard as well (detailed in #299). Pagination not set up correctly there, will fix. Apart from that, though
