Non admin user
Description
When user is logged in as an Editor, they have a different left hand menu.
Missing:
tv highlights
competition manager
All other items are ok.
Arrangement - please arrange / order as per Admin login please.

Added a menu capability to editors. How about Colaborators? Should we also add Competitions Management and Highlights for them?
